Weekly HomeworkHomework is very simple. The Readings for the next Sunday should be found in your Bible given by the Mens' and Ladies' Clubs. "Faith in Culture" is simply any song or something that could relate to God or the Church. Learn one of the Ten Commandments each week.

Sponsor certificateIf your sponsor is not a member of Our Lady of the Lake,
please have the pastor at the sponsor's parish certify that your sponsor is in good standing with the Church. The form must be turned into Our Lady of the Lake's DRE.

Bishop Letter requirementsA letter is required telling the Bishop about your Patron Saint, why you chose your Saint, how you want to emulate your Saint, and why you want to be Confirmed. It is a HANDWRITTEN Letter on nice stationary just like one would send in "snail mail". The Bishop reads each one himself.

Saint Paper RequirementsA saint paper is required at the start of the Confirmation year. You choose your Patron Saint whom you admire and write about who he/she is, what they did, how they became a saint and why you chose your particular saint. Then let us know how you want to be like him/her.
